You will take a look at 2 vision boards that I made for a healthy lifestyle. They are simple but still full of pictures.
#1 Inspiring Lifestyle in 2023
In this first vision board, you see the number 2023 in very bold. It represents the goals I have for 2023.
I want to eat more vegetables and fruits in my diet. At the same time, I want to reduce the amount of carbohydrates I am consuming.
Overall, 2023 is the year of low carb and high fibers.
Exercise is also a big part. It needs to be intentional and aligned with my feelings.
The exercise can be challenging but does not go against what I consider safe and helpful.
#2 Live Life Healthy
This vision board contains the slogan, “live life healthy.” Is it grammatically correct? Nah. Does it make sense? Heck yeah!
There is a big theme of green and bright orange. You can see both fruits and matcha on this vision board.
Healthy low-carb eating is still a big goal, and so is exercise. Diet and active times are so important to anyone. They are prominently in the middle.
I have been loving to drink matcha more lately. Coffee tastes great but I only get them at shops now. Matcha latte is an everyday drink.
At the bottom, there are fruits, exercise, and healthy yogurt again! Just to emphasize how important they are.
