Will Belly Fat Ever Go Away?
It is totally possible that your belly will go away. However, the mechanism is a little more complicated than you would like.
Fat works a little differently in our bodies. We need it to survive. Please do not forget that. There is no point in eliminating it from your diet whatsoever.
Our modern convenience creates the problem of a lot of belly fat. The little things we take for granted lead us to our downfall.
Let us talk about what fat is and you can “burn” it all off.
Summary
How Do I Burn the Belly Fat Off?
The word, “burn”, is a misnomer in the specific case we are talking about. You cannot burn belly fat or any fat for that matter.
There are two ways for fat tissues to build up in our bodies, hyperplasia, and hypertrophy[1]. Hyperplasia is cell number increase while hypertrophy means cell size increase.
Fat cells are formed due to excessive calorie intake in your daily diet. Your body creates fat cells as storage while some existing cells can also grow in size.
When you are actively “losing” body fat, you are reducing each cell size, reversing only one aspect of the equation. The process here is called.
You can only burn so many of the fat cells. The rest of the fat loss you see will have to come from.
That is why you might find it easy to “regain” all the fat you lost before once you start letting things go again.

Does Fat Turn into Muscles When Exercising?
For those of you who are speedreading, the answer is no. It is a myth that with some exercises, you can turn belly fat into muscles.
Because it is physically impossible. It is one of the biggest scams I must say.
What Makes Up Fat versus Muscles?
Fat is made of triglycerides. Muscles have sarcomeres as their smallest unit.
As you can see, they have two different properties. There is no way anyone on this Earth can magically turn one thing into the other.
Think about it this way. You cannot turn iron into gold, no matter what you try. It is the same as the myth of turning fat into muscles.
Can I Spot Reduce the Belly Fat but Leave Everything Else Intact?
Unfortunately, this is another no in our book. Spot reduction is one of those things that is too good to be true.
Instead, you usually lose fat proportionally throughout your body.
What it means is you lose around 5% of fat in your head, neck, hands, legs, booty, and belly! They all go together.
If you are proud of thick booty, do take into consideration that yours might become a little smaller as you lose fat.
No worries though, you can build your muscles there to keep the shape and make it even more enticing. ㄟ(≧◇≦)ㄏ

What to Do to Lose Belly Fat?
The biggest thing you need to focus on when it comes to belly fat is your diet. There is no other way around it.
What you eat is extremely important. After all, we usually eat three times a day. We spend more time eating than exercising.
Once you have your diet down, there are many things to tackle next, namely exercise, sleep, and stress levels.
Belly fat can go away when you incorporate more healthy habits into your daily life. Do not think about the end goal, it is about the journey.
You might find it easier to get more sleeping time than starting an exercise routine. That is alright.
It is much better when you start today, instead of waiting until “the right time.”
